We operate a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility and State of Return

To be eligible for a return, the hardware must be returned in the exact condition it was received. Please ensure the following:

• The device is completely unused and free from any signs of wear or physical damage.
• The item is secured in its original factory packaging.
• All original components are included in the box, such as power adapters, networking cables, and instruction manuals.
• The serial numbers on the returned device exactly match our original outbound inventory and shipping records.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are authorized exclusively for the following reasons:

• Damaged in Transit: The product arrived with physical defects or damage.
• Incorrect Product Received: The model or item delivered does not match your original order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team directly at operation@smart-aura.com 
2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the device and packaging showing the damage or incorrect item.
3. Upon review, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return shipping instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and undergoes a full inspection at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Terms of Refund: Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Duration: Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval for the funds to successfully post to your bank account or credit card statement.
